These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.clicklinktechnologies.com and any services you enquire about or engage through it, offered by ClickLink Technologies Private Limited (Kerala, India) and ClickLink Technologies Trading & Service W.L.L. (Doha, Qatar) — together "ClickLink Technologies", "we", "us" or "our". By using this website or submitting any form on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Use of This Website

This website is provided to give you information about our services, internships and workshops, and to let you contact us. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading or malicious information through any form, including the automated spam-prevention fields built into our forms.

Our Services

Descriptions of our services (SEO, website and app development, digital marketing, graphic design, software testing and related offerings) on this website are for general information. This website does not process online payments — the specific scope, deliverables and commercial terms for any project are agreed separately with you in writing (proposal, quotation or contract) before work begins.

Internships & Workshops

Our internship programme is a mentored, live-project programme. Most domains involve a programme fee to cover mentorship, project access and certification; our Graphic Design and Video Editing internships are currently offered unpaid. Exact enrolment terms are confirmed with each applicant individually.

Internship certificates, project handles and letters of recommendation are issued at our discretion, based on satisfactory participation and performance.

On-campus workshops are currently offered within Kerala, India; scheduling, format and duration are agreed with the requesting institution in advance.

Information you submit in an internship, workshop or job application (including your resume/CV) is used solely to evaluate your application, per our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and design — is the property of ClickLink Technologies unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Deliverables produced for paying clients under a signed agreement are governed by that agreement's own IP terms, not by this website policy.

Third-Party Links

Our website links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Threads, Snapchat and Pinterest. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of these third-party services.
