Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by ClickLink Technologies Private Limited ("ClickLink", "we", "us" or "our"), registered in Kerala, India. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

ClickLink Technologies provides digital services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, search engine optimisation (SEO), social media management and marketing, email marketing, creative branding, UI/UX design, software development, software testing, digital automation and custom digital solutions.

Service scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed upon in writing (proposal, contract or purchase order) before commencement of any project.

2. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate, complete and timely information required for project delivery
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within the agreed review period
• Ensure all content, images and materials provided to ClickLink are owned or licensed by the client
• Maintain confidentiality of any credentials, access details or sensitive information shared by ClickLink
• Make payments as agreed in the project proposal or contract

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each individual project proposal. Standard terms are:

• 50% advance payment before project commencement
• 50% balance payment upon project completion and before final delivery
• Monthly retainer services are billed at the beginning of each month
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement
• Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month after the due date

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Client Content

All content, logos, images and materials provided by the client remain the intellectual property of the client. The client grants ClickLink a licence to use such materials solely for delivering the agreed services.

4.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, ClickLink transfers ownership of the final deliverables (website, app, designs) to the client. ClickLink retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

4.3 Third-Party Components

Some deliverables may incorporate third-party components (themes, plugins, libraries, fonts) governed by their own licences. ClickLink will inform clients of any such components and their licence requirements.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other's proprietary information. ClickLink will not disclose client business information, strategies or data to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or for service delivery purposes.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

ClickLink warrants that all services will be delivered with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not warrant:

• Specific business outcomes, revenue growth or search ranking positions
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites or applications after handover
• That the client's products or services will achieve particular market results

Websites and applications are delivered functional and tested. Post-delivery issues arising from client modifications, third-party platforms or hosting configurations are outside our warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickLink Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
• Loss of business, revenue, data or profits
• Damages arising from third-party services, plugins or hosting providers
• Any amount exceeding the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question

8. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates provided in good faith. Delays caused by late client feedback, content provision, payment delays or force majeure events will extend the delivery timeline proportionally. ClickLink will communicate timeline changes promptly.

9. Revisions and Change Requests

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond what is agreed may be quoted and billed separately. Significant changes to project scope after commencement may require a revised proposal.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by providing 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• The client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• ClickLink shall deliver all completed work and materials to the client
• Advance payments are non-refundable unless ClickLink is unable to deliver due to its own fault

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, pandemics or other force majeure events.

12. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Reproduce, distribute or use our content without written permission

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malappuram, Kerala, India. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
